Ok, I started phen on july 14th and so far I have lost about 10 lbs. I really need to lose like 30 more b4 my wedding on Sept. 30th. I also started working out on the 24th and I eat way less and a lot healthier than be4. I estimated that if I could lose around 3lbs a week til my wedding I would be really close to my goal way. Do you guys think it is even possible to lose 3 lbs a week on phen. I really need to lose this weight to fit in my wedding dress. Let me know what ya'll think. Any tips would also help too.. thanx

3 lbs a week seems like a lot, but I won't say that it's impossible to do. At some point the weight loss will slow down, so I'd be careful not to expect the same loss each week. It does get disappointing at times when the scale doesn't move...especially in the right direction. Trust me on this, I know. I've been at a plateau for months. Anyway good luck and congratulations on your upcoming wdding.

Thanx for the reply.I know it does sound like a lot, I guess I would be happy with even 1 pound a week. Right now I have been stuck at the same weight for like 4 days. Not a long time, but it is when you have a deadline to lose weight. I would even be happy to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months, 30 would be better, but I'll take what I can get. I just don't understand what else to do? I mean I eat way less and much healthier than be4 and I work out now and I didn't do any of that when I was pregnant. Is there anything else I could do? I konw it's not going to happen over night and all, but I just really have to loss some of this weight to fit in my dress & I don't want to post-pone my wedding again:(

I would also suggest weight lifting to increase body toning. This will help burn more calories and give your body a leaner apperance. Bally's gym has some exercise available on their wesite for weight loss and muscle building.

Thanx Boubou, I started at a gym last Monday and I have been doing the weights to try and tone my arms and legs and work on my stomach. So, I really hope that helps me look better when I get rid of the fat that is in front of the muscles
