Hello all my name is Renee, I am 25 and a mother of one! Ok here is my deal I started takin Phentermine and i lost 12 lbs like the first 3 weeks... Then my purse was stolen and i stoped taking them for 2 weeks because they were gone and i had to reorder them... I have been takin them for about a week now but i dont feel the same i am takin the 37.5 mg I am working out aloty but my problem is i am not sure what to eat to get the most from energy and calories... Can anyone give me some ideas on how to do this?? I get depressed when I think im not gonna loose this weight... Here is what I am eating and my daily activity and maybe some one can give me some ideas on what I can do to improve it....
Morning I take my pill then make a fruit smoothy with strawberries blueberrys and a bannana and a cup of milk and eat a half of a plain whole grain bagel.. then I walk anywhere from 2 - 5 miles depending on my schedule.. I come home and do about 30 sit ups and a few other exercise with reps of 10 after that I hang out with my son... Run some erron or clean my house... then for lunch I usually eat a salad or some healthy choice soup.... and then i make what ever for dinner and I dont eat to much.... I feel like i should be doing so much more.... oh and I am also drinking about 74 oz of water a day, I just want to do this right because this is the first diet pill I have ever used that actually made a little bit of a differance thank you all so much for reading and I look forward to hearing back and gettin some input!!
