is it possible to gain weight on p? i am currently comsumeing 1200 calories and walking 30 minutes a day. at 290 pound that should equate a loss. But i've gained 2 pound from where i started. I drink 6-10 16.9 oz bottles of h2o and have been on phentermine for 4 days. I am experiencing little to no b/m could that be the cause of the increase? I consume little sugar and have cut out my diet soda consumption drastically. (was at a 12 pack a day in DIET soda) now i drink 1 tops. I take a 1 a day vitamin and limit my fat to under 30 grams. Am I being too strict?

I've never been a sugar eater or a fat consumer. I hate salad dressing and usually only toss salt on my salads. My diet consists of mainly fruits and veges and very little pasta or meat. (not a big fan of pastas either)

could it be water weight? My body trying to even back out to it's normal state since I have kept myself dehydrated with only drinking soda? Any info will help. I'm confused.

Thanks
Colleen

I would say it's because of the not having a BM...that's not good at all. Maybe try some type of fiber tablets. Those help ALOT w/ this sort of thing. I had the same problem when I first started taking Phen and it helped me. Everything else I think you are doing OK on. Maybe try upping the water some more. That can't hurt.

Yeah, I agree, probably from now having a bm...
You're doing everything else right, so there's no way you could've gained weight!!! Course, I'm no dr, but I SURE don't think you could've gained weight by doing what you're doing!!! Get a colon cleanser or take 2 Tbsps of Milk of Magnesia. I did this yesterday & I got CLEANED OUT!!! LET ME TELL YA! That stuff will clean you out!!! Not having a bm for 4 days is NOT GOOD! I'd feel like total crap by now if I didn't have one for 4 days! UGGGGGG!
GL to you my dear!

Try eating a little more calories....1200 might be to low for you right now.

I tried eating a few more calories yesterday and much to my surprise I am back down to the weightloss I had on the first day! LOL... Nothing huge, just under 2 pounds but in a month that can equate 8 pounds!!! That's alot!!

Thanks you for all your help. Good Luck!

Colleen

I would say also use fiber it should help you really need to be regular it's bad for you to not. Also I've heard that it helps to stagger your calories like twice a week eat a little higher so your body doesn't get used to your caloric leve.
