O.K. this has probably been discussed before but does phentermine really speed up your metabolism? I thought it was just an appitite suppressant. At least that is what the information that you get with your pills say. I'm just wondering because I have some family members on these pills and they tell me they only increase your metabolism. Does it do both? What has been your experience?

They don't speed up your metabolism. They are an apetite suppresant only. The reason your metabolism speeds up is because you are working out and eating better. Period. You have to work to make phentermine work properly.
