started yesterday

Hi everyone I started my phentermine yesterday, I took only half of the 37.5 I didn't feel much maybe a little bit more energy and I didn't pick at as much food as usual, today I decided to take the whole pill and I have to say made me feel kinda funny, i keep getting chill bumps, but I certainly don't feel like some people who have said that they have to remember to eat. Will this get better over time or is it right away you should feel it? I think tomorrow I will go back to half and work my way up to a whole pill. I would love to hear your experiences with it. :grin: Hi, bocooz! Thanks for posting about how you did your very first day! Though I can't say ALL folks respond like this, for me, the phen's effectiveness improved daily up through the 2nd month. I never had to remind myself to eat, either! I WISH!!

Stay aware of when and how much you eat and continue on taking whatever feels best for you. I guess each of us has some side effects for the first few days but then they subside and I guess, they level themselves out.

Hello, I just started phentermine on Saturday I have also been getting chills then sweating at the same time. I feel a little weird sometimes, like I am in a fog. Also, I did not sleep but 3 hours last night. I am a little tired this afternoon but at 4:30am I was wide awake!
I have not been hungry, haven't ate much of anything since yesterday morning. I know I will have to eat but right now I just don't want anything.
I am trying to lose around 30-35 lbs. I want to do most of it before Christmas.

hi- and thanks for posting, like you missyB I did not get much sleep last night and i have to say not very tired as of yet. I unfortunatly do still want to eat, I don't think I am picking as much but was hoping for that feeling of oops I forgot to eat, I am drinking tons of water and starting to work out. I am hoping that because I have 15 lbs to lose that it might take a litle longer and not to expect big numbers on the scale, and that my body will take a little longer to react the phentermine, Oh well only time will tell

Hi all- well it is the end of my first week and I lost only 2 lbs I was hoping it would be more. I was only taking half of a pill, so maybe I will take a whole one tomorrow and see what happens, maybe since I have a week with half a whole one won't affect me the same way it did in the beginning. I am still pretty hungry, but I am making much better food choices and started to work out. Only time will tell if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.
