Does anyone know how effective B-12 shots are? I had one shot when I first started taking the phen but stopped because it was expensive. If it really does make a difference I might start getting the shots again.

Hi, Liz! I have taken B-12 shots since I began having some peripheral neuropathy in my legs. I have heard they help boost the phentermine's effectiveness, but they haven't done so for me. And they ARE expensive!
