AmandaDS, you might reference this post (Able Laboratories In Trouble (Phen manufacturer) - 05-29-2005, 02:31 AM). I actually was taking phen that summer and received some of these and I knew before I heard about the recall they were not the real deal. However I do not know how to prove they are fakes. If anyone has any ideas let me know.

I forgot to say I am the one who posted that the phen I received from mylittlepharmacy is not the real deal. You can read my post on another thread. I am sorry to say but these recent pills I received are not the same as what I have taken in the past.

My Little Pharm. sends the A 159 blue and white speckled. I do agree that these pills are not as good as the ones I get when I go to my home pharmacy, but my doc is pretty conservative and would only prescribe for 6 months, then wanted me to take 6 months off. In October I can go back to getting the home pharmacy ones. I spent 6 months tredding water in weight loss using these MLPharm pills, but had success in the previous 6 months, right up to when the doc pulled the plug.
Is his attitude common? Should I try to find someone who will prescribe for more than 6 months (besides these online pharmacy docs)?

Good Morning, Girlies, (and guys, if there are any reading!)
I don't think you will find a doctor who prescribes them for anything more than 6 months at a maximum. Most prescriptions are for 1-3 months. Phentermine is for short-term weight loss and is not designed for maintenance or 5-10 pound goals. They tend to lose their effectiveness after several weeks.
 I have heard from a couple folks on this board that Hoodia works and is much less expensive, but I am sure you have to be careful about ordering them, too, and careful about what herbs they might contain. I am considering them for myself but haven't done enough research yet. Search Joy's posts~
Though my C.O.D. orders have always been correct from MyLittlePharmacy.com, they have also made some big mistakes in filling others' prescriptions and some of these mistakes could have been very harmful indeed. If you have received pills that you think are not real, phone them and demand with firmness that they send you the real ones. Do NOT order from a company unless you have read many recent, reliable posts from their customers HERE, not just online in othe forums.
I have not heard of fakes, either, being sent. I imagine that all real pills have imprints on them, as all U.S. prescription meds are required to have. Top-Dawg, our resident pharmacist, I think, can tell from a close-up photo you make and send to him, or from an exact description, whether you have fakes or not. Only a very profitable company could produce counterfeits that appeared to be real, and most all of these internet phentermine sites in the United States are NOT that healthy financially.
You must be very careful to not order from across the seas as they do not have the stringent standards our FDA enforces.
If you would like, send me an email with the photos and I will have my friends at my pharmacy take a look at them to try to determine that for you.
The best to you all~

I have seen people having good experiences with mylittlepharmacy. Does that mean they only send fake pills sometimes? Or does it mean they are just weaker strength and some people notice it working if they don't need it to be as strong?
When I get mine from FedEx, I'll send a close-up picture.
For now, is there anyone who has a good reliable online source?
I think Dragon Pharmacies (you order directly from phentermine.com) should be okay, but they are more expensive. If I have to, I'll pay I guess since it'll be my first time trying it and I want to experience the real thing.

Hi everybody, I just wanted to clarify my experience with these recent pills from mylittlepharmacy. My friend and I both agree these are not the same as real phentermine. Now that could mean several things 1) They are fake 2) They are expired meds (thus making them not as strong) 3) or not being made consistently by the manufacturer as in the Able Lab recall pills (see above post). I know what phentermine tablets look like and I do not need to send a picture to anyone. As I stated earlier these pills look EXACTLY like the real thing. I doubt you would have to be a real profitable company to fake these pills. And Hollycoffee I believe Top-Dawg talked about Dragonpharmacy being outside of the united states in some earlier post. I do not know where to order from now.

Do you think I'd have to worry about them being fake if I got them from a pharmacy in Mexico? I'm only a couple hours away from Mexico, if that would be a good idea.
Ah, its frustrating.

Please don't buy any pills from Mexico.
The pharmacy on this site is recommended because they don't sell fake phentermine.
If you are very concerned about your MyLittlePharmacy order you may want to consider MyRxBilling.
However, it's most likely that your pills from MyLittlePharmacy are not fake. Many peoples' bodies
eventually build tolerance to Phentermine. It sounds like this has happened to you.
