Also, I can't see the list of approved pharmacies, I'm confused about where to look for that. Can you help me find that list? Thank you so much!!

So if the problem is that I have built up a tolerance. Then why when I take one of my old pills from another web site that is no longer there, I feel energetic and have no appetite. My friend says the same thing and her old pills are from a doctor. I had this same suspicion when I received the bad phentermine from able labs a couple summers ago. I just did not want to pay $200 for phen looks like I may have to.

So you're saying that you still have the old pills from the other website that is no longer there,
and you could take one today and feel everything, then take the MyLittlePHarmacy pills tomorrow
and feel nothing?

In that case, I guess MyLittlePharmacy's pills must not be the best.

I ordered a 3 month supply from my little pharmacy more than 4 months ago and the pills I have are not the same as the pills I've taken before, prescribed from my doctor. Mylittlepharmacy pills give me no energy and I haven't lost any weight. Acutally, I've had side affects (pain left side) from taking these, so I stopped, after trying for a month. When I took phentermine prescribed from my doctor, the pills looked a little different. Also, they curved my appetite and gave me energy like you wouldn't believe. The pills from mylittlepharmacy, I feel NOTHING.

:confused: Don't let this go unrequited. Call them ASAP and tell them. Take one of the pills to the pharmacy. They can tell whether a pill is real phentermine as easily as a bank can spot a counterfeit we might think is real. It is NOT okay for them to do this. Without sending ANY pills back to them, if your pharmacist says they are fake, tell them that any other answer other than they are overnighting you more is unacceptable.

I got mine from FedEx yesterday finally.

I haven't taken phentermine before so I took a half of a 37mg tablet.

I really felt it! I had really dry mouth, and it killed my appetite. It also made my nerves feel kind of numb so I had that rush feeling.

I wonder if we are getting different shipments that are good or bad, or if the pills are weak and people who take phentermine a lot don't feel these because they are weaker... but I do since I am more sensitive to it from not having it before?

I don't know, but my next bottle will be from this website because it seems like you can at least be sure, even if you have to pay more.

I picked my pills from mylittlepharmacy.com at FedEx today and they are FAKE. The Doctors name on the label is the infamous Norbert Seda Olmo who's name was on the last FAKE bottle I got from another pharmacy (0 for 2). I called the number on the bottle but their business hours are M-F. The pharmacy I got these from is local so I'll try them also
