with the phen, my heart rate was going from like 140 to 169 in a couple minutes. it was crazy. but i read up on target heart rate and they say that you shouldn't be in the cardio zone because then you only burn carbs. i don't get it. when i go slow on the elliptical, i am burning fat but when i start going fast, i am burning carbs. i wonder if that has anything to do with the slow weight loss? anyone beg to differ with this? thanks
