Hey guys! My doctor prescribed phentermine for me b/c I had gained about 20 pounds in one year from taking Effexor! He only prescribed me for two months though. I have about a weeks supply left and I have only lost about 9-10 pounds. I can't afford to buy phen online and I don't want to go back to the doctor b/c of the outrageous charge. Does anyone know of any other diet pills that work? Preferably something cheap! I was thinking something that is not prescription, like trimspa or something like that. If anyone knows of anything they could recommend that would be awesome!

Hi, Tara! Lots of folks use Bontril, but it is pricey online, just as phentermine is.
I have used 5-HTP, which is an amino acid sold at WalMart for under $10. It helps take the edge off the appetite, too. So does eating 6 times a day, 200 calories at each mini-meal and also having a bit of protein each time you eat helps to regulate your blood sugar and help tame the tummy.

This is possible without pills, Honey. Many of our members don't use anything anymore.
