hey i just got my 1st bottle of phen ...im kind of excited to try it...im just hoping that it'll work for me like it did all of you...i was wondering if it would be ok if i took phen for 4 days (mon-thurs) and lipodrene for the weekend...i heard lipodrene works real well b/c it has 25mg of ephedra and also includes hoodia...ive seen alot of good comments for it also...but i also seen that after a while of taking phen you can get immune to it...so switching it up every once inawhile shouldn't be such a bad idea right??...well if anyone knows if it would be ok please tell me...cause i dont wanna end up killing myself for taking diff. pills...:confused:

I started last week doing exactly what you mentioned. I've been taking phentermine for a little over a month and found that it just wasn't working as well for me as it had so I started taking lipodrene 5 days ago. I've had no problems so far with rotating them. My plan is to take lipo one week then go back on phen. I can't tell you what to do because everyone is different but I'm not having any problems, myself. Good luck on losing!!

Hi, Jeani, and welcome to PhenForum! If it were me, I would not take the two together or cycle them. It sounds as if Leona has been real successful at that, but you will probably not need to do that. Remember you will still have to put forth effort~but somehow phentermine helps us stay on sensible diets! I love what has been given to me~a regained sense of control over what was controlling me.
Please try just the phentermine~I doubt you will want anything else. It has worked well for me since May!
