you are doing better than I am...
I also placed an order with them on: 10/30/2006, and I did manage to speak to a customer service rep, who was evasive,
and then asked for a supervisor, just to find out the status of my order! (bah humbug!) I am exhausted from staying on the phone so long with these people. DO NOT GIVE UP NOW!! Seeing, as you have a Fedex tracking #. Call them back!! and ask to speak to a supervisor, if the customer service rep, is NOT answering your questions to your satisfaction.

You will probably have to wait quite awhile to speak with someone, hang in there, eventually you will get someone.
I also need to call back today, they were absolutely fabulous
