Hi, Gals. There is a lot to be said for phen really working, but much MORE to be posted about keeping the weight off. That's the purpose in learning new ways to eat. You must teach your body to have new hunger triggers and must stop indulging in simple sugars and non-nutritious foods. In a few weeks you will have learned new habits.
The phen should give you the control you need to re-learn healthy ways. If you just can't get rid of these items, lock them away at a neighbors: cookies, chips, cakes, pies, candies, white breads and flours.
Count your calories and eat often during the day, including prooteins at each sitting. Squeeze as much from the phentermine as you can squeeze. Demand MORE from yourself.
THIS is the boost you need to do it! FOCUS...You will still have to DO it but this enables you. Now, GO, Babies, GO!!!
