I called them and can't get through so I left 2 messages to cancel the order. I first got an e-mail reply that it was pending shipment. I called back and said it doesn't matter if it is pending shipment; I want to cancel it.

Next, I got another e-mail to call a different 800# w/ a reference #. I have no idea where I called, but I called them and they said they canceled it. It still shows pending shipment.

I do not want to be ripped off; please somebody do something!! And how do I know where I was calling those two times?? Who has my info? I am really worried.

They haven't charged me yet, but who's to say they won't? I can't prevent a charge on my account that has not happened.

Phone your credit card company and explain to them and demand they put a block on things so that you wont risk being charged. Susan knows lots of ways to get around this, I am sure when she gets this message she will be able to offer some words of wisdom to you

Hi, Sweetheart. Lea is right. Phone your bank and your credit card company and dis-allow any and all charges from that company and any others that may pop up. Sometimes the pharmacy rather than the name of the online company, is the one that charges the card.
GET IT IN WRITING. Fax them a letter from you and ask them to sign it as an agreement and fax it right back.
This happens ALL the time; you are protected if you used Visa or Mastercard and I imagine many other credit cards also protect you. Do not accept anything less than full re-imbursement IF it gets charged to you. Now go about and order from whomever you choose, without worry.

Apparently the credit card company can't stop the charges until they happen, and then I have to dispute them. I don't even think sending the unopened package back will get me a refund.

Bottom line; don't do business with anyone you don't know and trust.
