Well, today is my first day. I weighed myself this morning and was 5 lbs. less than I thought I weighed, which is good. Anyway- anybody else starting phen today or maybe over the weekend or on Monday?
I would just like to find a small support group if I could. Motivate each other to continue to work out and eat right.
This is my first day, and I feel a little weird....more alert and I am full- I had my 1 large, plain shredded wheat biscuit and 1 veggie pattie. Both have good protein and fiber. I can't wait to re-weigh myself next month.
