I had ordered from this pharmacy 2 weeks ago and had not heard back from them yet but noticed my credit card had not been charged yet. I called on Friday and was told next week and that they did not charge your card until med gets shipped. Anyone receive anything from this pharmacy yet? I was thinking about cancelling and ordering from customhrt except HRT states no rx will be filled without records and an MD rx. ??

They say that but I put NA in all the boxes for the Docs information and I will have mine on Monday I have a UPS tracking number.

Beacuse so many of us have experienced problems ordering lately, my suggestion is your inclination to cancel through your cedit card and disallow those charges. Inform the company contact and consider it done. Re-order with CustomHRT or whoever you feel has earned your trust.

I ordered with getwell around Thanksgiving and had no problem at all. It did take a bit over a week but that was because of the holiday and fed ex was only shipping on certain days of the holiday week. They had great customer service, and when I sent an email to them to ask when I could expect my order, they actually CALLED ME! But that was my experience. I am finding that people are having their OWN luck involving online ordering. It is the risk you take I guess.

I have had good luck with them. I also ONLY order COD. I refuse to give out my cc # online. I had many problems with that in the past. Try calling them, or try and order COD. Since changing my payment option I do receive them faster than with my card. (although that may be a coincidence) Good luck and keep us posted.
