Hi muffintoast: I don't feel as jittery and off the wall like I did on the 1st day, plus I had horrible headaches until yesterday. I think what I notice the most is that I still get very small amounts of hunger in my tummy, but isn't that ravenous feeling you get when you reduce your calorie intake a lot. Anyway, I don't zone out all day.....but one thing I do notice is that in the morning I feel my tummy gurgling and I'm VERY hungry, but I take my phen and w/in the hour my tummy isn't as hungry- so it's helping me eat those small meals and feeling satisfied. As I posted above to susanpesek, it really worries me to be off phen, because right now I don't feel the hunger pains- but maybe just a little bit. When I go off phen, I will for sure be able to feel and hear those hunger pains and that's what's so hard, being able to control what you eat when you get the hunger pains. UGH
