Both Amide and Actavis are accurate on the age and amount of active ingredients in each pill. Actavis bought Amide ~
From the old Amide site:Amide Pharmaceutical develops, manufactures and markets a select line of high quality pharmaceuticals. The company was founded and incorporated in May of 1983.
The 63,000 square foot facility is located in Northern New Jersey. It accommodates the entire business operation, including product manufacturing, packaging/labeling and quality control laboratory. Manufacturing operations, facilities and documentation comply with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). Amide is registered with both the Food and Drug and Drug Enforcement Administrations.
We offer a diverse range of prescription pharmaceuticals, over 80 drug products representing a variety of dosage strengths, in excess of 100 chemical entities. The product line is solid dosage, and includes immediate and modified release tablets and capsules. As a manufacturer, our products are purchased throughout the United States by wholesalers, distributors, chain drug stores and managed care organizations.
From the Actavis site: Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, Actavis is one of the world's leading generic pharmaceutical companies specializing in the development, manufacture and sale of generic pharmaceuticals. Based in Iceland, the company has operations in over 30 countries, with over 10,000 employees. Actavis expects 2006 sales to total EUR1.4bn, with approximately one-third of these sales coming from the United States, the company's single largest market. In the U.S. alone, the company expects to launch 15 new products in 2006, in addition to filing 30 ANDAs. The company's U.S. operations are located in New Jersey, Maryland and North Carolina.
More information about Actavis can be found at http://www.actavis.com.
And from the FDA government site on all drugs released into the US,
Subpart F-Production and Process Controls
§ 211.100 Written procedures; deviations.
(a) There shall be written procedures for production and process control designed to assure that the drug products have the identity, strength, quality, and purity they purport or are represented to possess. Such procedures shall include all requirements in this subpart. These written procedures, including any changes, shall be drafted, reviewed, and approved by the appropriate organizational units and reviewed and approved by the quality control unit.
(b) Written production and process control procedures shall be followed in the execution of the various production and process control functions and shall be documented at the time of performance. Any deviation from the written procedures shall be recorded and justified.
§ 211.101 Charge-in of components.
Written production and control procedures shall include the following, which are designed to assure that the drug products produced have the identity, strength, quality, and purity they purport or are represented to possess:
(a) The batch shall be formulated with the intent to provide not less than 100 percent of the labeled or established amount of active ingredient.
(b) Components for drug product manufacturing shall be weighed, measured, or subdivided as appropriate. If a component is removed from the original container to another, the new container shall be identified with the following information:
(1) Component name or item code;
(2) Receiving or control number;
(3) Weight or measure in new container;
(4) Batch for which component was dispensed, including its product name, strength, and lot number.
(c) Weighing, measuring, or subdividing operations for components shall be adequately supervised. Each container of component dispensed to manufacturing shall be examined by a second person to assure that:
(1) The component was released by the quality control unit;
In other words, no matter what reports you read, the sealed, bottled pills from CustomHRT, are 100% THE SAME.

Hi!
I need to start a good program that will make me feel physically well. I've put on so much weight over the past years and it really makes you drag. Ok, I've been reading and want to try Phentermine, but I went into one of your sights, RX DIET PILL and the blue pill is, Fastin and the yellow pill is Ionamin. Isn't Fastin dangerous? It seems to me I read years ago that it was. What is the difference between the Fastin and Ionamin? I wish to order, but don't know which one. I want to start on the 30 mg not the 37 mg. Also, is this a safe place to order the meds? Thank you for all your help and I wish to be among many of you to shake off this excess baggage.
God Bless,

Hi, Hon! Phentermine is manufactured under several names and colors, hence the differences. They also come in different types: Long acting, time-release capsules and immediate release pills. Some are called Phentermine HCI or Phentermine HCL because of the combinations of salts or acids that cause them to be fast release or slow release. Basically, all you mentioned are slightly different from one another but have the same active ingredients.
I think this is why some say the 30 mg. long acting are their favorites.

 Good afternoon, my is Dawn and I have used adipex and phentermine off and on (mostly on) for the past 12 years. I double dosed every other day after I become immune to the effects. I have now been off of adipex for more than 4 months and feel miserable not from withdrawal but from the sight of my body!!! Now that I can't find it I have ballooned up to 180lbs. I have never in my life been this BIG! My metabolism is completely gone so even when I diet and exercise it does nothing for me. I had a complete hysterectomy a few years ago and that has done nothing but slow my metabolism more. I did order phentramine a few months ago and it did not work for me...I was agitated and moody where before on phentermine or adipex I did not have those sight affects. I have been trying to order online but of course I have been unsuccessful. I have gained so much weight that I now have reflux, my arms go numb when I sleep, and I can't breath as well. Did I mention that I am only 4'11? What do I do? I knew that this day would eventually come and I wouldn't be able to order adipex or any of the generic versions BUT I am at a lose and feel like I am doomed to weigh 200 lbs or more...please help!

'Morning, Dawn! Was it the Phentramin you tried? Did it have any effect on you at all?
I have not been on phentermine for quite some time but feel a need to have something on hand JUST IN CASE. I will try Hoodia which should be here day by next week and Phentramin, maybe. I am trying to find out all I can about it now to make sure it would be good for me and safe to take.

Susan,I have been on Phentermine but I can't seem to find it. I did try phentraprin and it was nothing more than caffeine. Where can I get phentermine? and is the phentramin that you all talk about here the same as phentermine? I am really confused about all the names.
