Hi everyone,

As you know from my past post I have taken phentermine years ago,and now for over 3mths,but no matter how early in the morning I take my pills,I can't get tired enough to go to bed at a desent time.I live in Florida, and like right now it's 12:45 and I have to get my son up for school at 6:45.Any suggestions on how to get to sleep,or is it okay to take a over the counter sleep aid to help?I truly love the results of loosing 56lbs,I can't complain,I guess I'll just get skinny and never sleep.HAHAHA
I hope everyone is doing ok.

I hope we can have the time to post as the holidays draw near because I'm always in charge of all the cooking for my relatives.I could use the extra motivation.

Sincerely,
Poohbear

I will usually do a few nights of a benadryl or a Tylenol PM until my body gets in the habit of sleeping. I also have to make sure I avoid any resting during the day. For me this even includes some couch time with the TV.

Buy some melatonin 3mg tabs, and take 1-2 about a hour before you plan to try sleep

I had the same problem the first week, take some tylenol pm that seemed to help and then your body will adjust and when its time for bed you'll be out like a light..

Guys NOOOOOOOOOOO! to Tylenol! It is uneccasary. Whereas Melatonin is natural product.

Exactly I was told since Tyl. and Ben. are both antihistimines we should not take them if we are taking Phen.

I do the Tylenol PM thing myself. I have to take a couple about an hour and a half before I want to fall asleep. Usually does the trick. What sucks is Tylenol PM (or any sleep-aid, for the most part) is habit forming so watch out.
