If you want I can help you with meal idea's, although I am not sure on the calorie content or anything but I can suggest somethings that have helped me to loose weight so far.

Although I am off to bed soon as it is 11.30pm (I am in the UK)

I have AD/HD (amongst other things) not currently on meds for it and find that with the Phen my AD/HD is back under control how it was iwth Ritalin and Concerta.

Yip I am in Leeds (for my sins!! I hate the place with a passion but at the same time I love it dearly .. Its a strong love hate relationship)

anyways now 0.35am and have to be up and alert at 7am.

ya that is scarey, though i have had the chest pains here and there, little bit, the lazy feeling that you dont want to do anything really but you cant sit still the tingling in the fingers,and hands,the having a hard time breathing, but then i have also had irritability and depression as well. i dont go off on anything, but when someone puts me in a bad situation that is useless i will go off faster than normal. and i get headaches. now i am hypyglycemic so the tingling in my hands could be related to that. or i think even caffeine, but you have some strange symptoms, i hope you go get checked and are ok.
