PLEASE SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION and stop taking phen until you have spoken iwth the pescribing doctor.

If phen has enabled your heart to race to this extent it is really important that you get some medical advice (whcih I am not qualified to give)

It is also very important to remember that everyone on phen will have different experiences and side effects as no two people are the same.

If you have had such major health concerns the first time you took phen it really concerns me as to why you are willing to take it again, yes the effects of loosing weight are nice, BUT your health is a hell of a lot more important, when you life is under such stress such as the physical effects you are experiencing.

Stay safe.
x

I agree with Lea 110%. You must NOT take it again. A select few will have a severe reaction from phentermine and it could be the trigger for some reactions that you do NOT want to have. Stop it immediately rather than halving your dosage.
When your heart races and with the different blood flow evidenced by the blanching when you press your skin, muscle twitching, feeling your veins, skin feeling hot, etc., you are experiencing some of the more severe reactions that could be extremely harmful, even fatal.
PLEASE, PLEASE phone your pharmacist or any pharmacist TODAY and tell them your symptoms if you cannot get hold of your physician or are reluctant to tell him or her.
Look up some older posts from Top-Dawg, a registered and practicing pharmacist and read them for precautions.
Please, Baby, you do NOT want the people at your funeral to say,"Yes, she died so early in life but fortunately, was she slender."

KRAZI: I know how frustrating that can be, not knowing whom to trust!
Ian posted this at the top of the subjects on this thread:
Anyway, enough on rare dependence and on to actual phentermine
side effects that you might experience during the first 1-2 weeks
of taking Phentermine tablets or capsules.

When you’re taking Phentermine, you should go to the emergency room
if you experience any of the side effects listed below:

I) Allergic Reaction:
  • a. difficulty breathing
    b. partial closing of the throat
    c. lips, face, or tongue swell
    d. hives (rash of red blotches)
    e. abnormal heartbeat
    f. extremely high blood pressure
    g. extremely painful headache
    h. abnormally blurry vision
    i. hallucination
    j. strange behavior
    k. confusion
If you notice any of these less dangerous side effects
of
Phentermine, it is still alright to keep using your
Phentermine prescription. However, you must make sure
to let your doctor know about them:

II) Less serious possible
side effects of Phentermine:
  • a. restlessness
    b. shaking/tremors
    c. nervousness
    d. unusual levels of stress/anxiety
    e. mild headache
    f. dizziness
    g. insomnia (trouble getting to sleep)
    h. dry mouth
    i. bad taste in your mouth
    j. constipation
    k. diarrhea
    l. impotence
    m. changes in sex drive (usually an increase)
    n. pain running down left or right side (only 1 case on this site)
In addition to the notes above, you should keep in mind that other
side effects of Phentermine could occur, which have not been listed
on this site. If you notice anything strange happening, please alert
your doctor.<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

Hello Again, Krazi! I was reading up on some things about Adipex 37.5 mg and just thought I'd share it with you just in case some of the descriptions describe your feelings:
Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH) – a rare, frequently fatal disease of the lungs – has been reported to occur in patients receiving a combination of phentermine with fenfluramine or dexfenfluramine. The possibility of an association between PPH and the use of phentermine alone cannot be ruled out; there have been rare cases of PPH in patients who reportedly have taken phentermine alone. The initial symptom of PPH is usually dyspnea. Other initial symptoms include: angina pectoris, syncope or lower extremity edema. Patients should be advised to report immediately any deterioration in exercise tolerance. Treatment should be discontinued in patients who develop new, unexplained symptoms of dyspnea, angina pectoris, syncope or lower extremity edema.
Valvular Heart Disease: Serious regurgitant cardiac valvular disease, primarily affecting the mitral, aortic and/or tricuspid valves, has been reported in otherwise healthy persons who had taken a combination of phentermine with fenfluramine or dexfenfluramine for weight loss. The etiology of these valvulopathies has not been established and their course in individuals after the drugs are stopped is not known. The possibility of an association between valvular heart disease and the use of phentermine alone cannot be ruled out; there have been rare cases of valvular heart disease in patients who reportedly have taken phentermine alone.
Tolerance to the anorectic effect usually develops within a few weeks. When this occurs, the recommended dose should not be exceeded in an attempt to increase the effect; rather, the drug should be discontinued.
