Hi everyone,
For Christmas I received The Biggest Loser Cookbook,I loved watching the show,it helped keep me motivated,anyway this cookbook is wonderful.I started making some of the recipes for dinner and for breakfast and because they are so low in fat and in carbs,but still a healthy combination,I've lost another 3lbs.I suggest it to anyone,because the food is great,simple and affordable.The recipes are also easy and not complicated.For me after a while I need to change things around,or I get tired of the same old thing.So with the phentermine and eating small healthy portions it's wonderful.
Good luck to everyone just starting,stay in contact because everyone here is like family and we all support eachother and are here for the same reason.
