phen making me grumpy!!!

I have mood swings. I'm not sure what triggers them, but I just turn. I'm mainly fine and normal, but sometimes I seemed annoyed with everything and everyone!

From what I have gathered. One of the things that causes mood swings is not eating. When you dont eat, it changes the seritonin levels in your brain. I read about it when I got 5 HTP. I wondered why it worked. And how. If you google it. I am sure there is much more info on Seritonin. And the effects it has on your body.

When I was on phen. Eating or not my moods was out of control. Rage!!! But I didnt try 5 HTP. I only heard about it from another Phentermine forum. I am gonna try it this time around. I hope it works like they said. I also heard taking a multivitimin helps. But I forget what it helps lol. And one other thing I read is that taking vit. C helped take the edge off of phen. When its too strong. I myself have tried that. It helped.

When I was on phen last Jan. I found myself appologizing to my family and my fiance. I knew I was acting out of character. Heck when asked what he was doing wrong. I said " Breathing" lol. Thats crazy talk I tell ya.. lmao. I am glad I have gone through it and know what signs to look for.
