hey guys i still new here i got some phentermine 30 mg caplues from customhrt i have been taking them know this is my 4th day i have no appeite and lost of energy but i haven't lots any weight yet how long does it take to start seeing results i been making myself it and i been exersie everyday since i been on it i have a gazelle that i exersie with in the winter time me and my motherinlaw uaslly walk 2 miles a day but its been cold but anyway is anyone else taking the 30 mg caplues if so how long did you start taking them before you seen some results thanks guys for any help so that i didn't let you guys now that i have got the pills i have been busy working i am finally off today so i be around today thanks.

Well don't get discouraged it will come off I was very anxious when I started it back in Sept. and I feared the scale I went to the gym 2 times that week and I cut back on my servings alot because I had no appitite I had to force myself to eat. I started on a Monday and did not weigh myself because I was afraid of no results until that Sunday which was 6 days from when I started the pill I had lost 7 pounds. Plus I only take mine 5 days on 2 days off to give my body rest and I still have to make myself eat. Trust me they will work I know you just want to see quick results but if you can just not think about it kinda like out of sight out of mind it will help lots. Try waiting till this Friday and weighing yourself and see if there is better results.

Hi butterflygirl23: Don't get discouraged. Hang in there and continue to use the Phen. Everyone's body is different and it may take several days to kick in.

I'm on 30mg too but I only weigh on Thursdays, because I think it more accurately gauges progress. From day to day your body can fluctuate and you may feel like you're not doing well when you really are!

Not eating is the last thing you want to do. For me. The whole point of taking this pill is to change my lifestyle. My eating habbits. To learn how to eat smaller portions. And eat things that are better for me. I want to raise my metabolism the right way. So that when I stop phen. I wont go back to eating like I did before.

I took phen exactly to the day a yr ago. I lost 50 lbs in 6 months. I have ben able to maintain that or somewhat close to it. Because I realized eating is something I had to learn how to do. I thought that not eating was the way to lose weight. Then when I would eat and not care about my weight I over did it everytime. I dont excersize at the moment. I know that if I excersize I will have to take in more calories. And right now its had enough to force myself to eat 900 calories a day. I am supposed to have 1200 for my height and weight. So for me its somewhat low fat and high carbs in the day. And low carbsd at night. No steak lol.. that always gets me in trouble. lol Why I love fatty foods.. I 'll never know

I agree w/ Deanna you have to eat and exercise in order to raise your metabalism. When I started taken Phen. I had to force myself to eat but I realized if I don't I'm just wasting my time with this. I to have changed my eating habits and have started working out daily and have noticed I am looking a lot less flabby in those hard to accomplish areas. Set a goal and accomplish it you can do it...Sometimes it's discourgeing to do but strive for short term goals and you will achieve them. Don't worry about how you are going to look 2 mths from now focus on now and you will be happier. If you need some get up and go motivation just ask everyone here is on the same mission. There is no reason why you can't have steak, I am having steak tonight (well when I bother to go cook it) as I personally have a lot of variety each day and week or else I just get bored and am more likly to mess up my hard work.

I have one day a week where I eat junk and crap, then 6 days where I eat high proteined but balanced meals.

I have been doing this for one year, under Dr. Care. I have lost 85 pounds and I have ten more to go. Just so you know when I first started I had to do a strick diet for three days to get my body going. What we do is 500 hundred calories only protein. You need to take it easy though you will feel weak. Then we use ketones strips that diabtics use; you can get it at CVS and you have to pee on the strip and it should tell you if you are in a ketones state. This means that your body is buring, once you get a dark reading on the scale on the tube that the strips come in. Then after the three days you slowly add things to your diet. Also we have to drink one gallon of water a day. My other thing is if it is in your house and it is not good for you and you might be tempeted throw it out. Good Luck

That sounds very similar to the Dr B diet, which a good friend of mine tried earlier in the year.
