Only four days? Please have patience -- the human body can fluctuate up and down as much as 5+ pounds depending on water weight, time of the month, time of day you weigh -- all sorts of things.
Maybe try just weighing once a week or so.
Anyway, what you are seeing is not unusual at all, and as long as you stick with the diet and excersize it WILL come off.
