Oh no-believe it!
Pilates is an ab-killer.
I have a pilates video and I like it better than alot of other exercise, but I am in no danger of looking like that, lol. I can't stand to do it more than once or twice a week because of the strain on my abs-which have been blown out like a deflated tire from having 3 kids.
And Deanna-please do eat, hon. It's great that phen has such a strong appetite supressing effect on ya-but if you let your calories get too low now, you will only be making it harder for yourself later. Extreme changes like that can slow your metabolism by about 20%-and you don't want to have to fight with that when your appetite does come back.
