Yes-the bottle should be enough. There is supposed to be a pharmacy and doctor's name on that sticker, along with a phone number and/or address of the pharmacy. That way, if it ever comes into question, the validity of the prescription can be verified. It is the doctor's and the pharmacy's responsibility to ensure it-they are the parties that are legally bound by the laws and regulations of the fda.

Mine's handwritten. I don't order mine, I actually get it from a doctor. Like I have monthly appointments, where I have a checkup, evaluation, and then he gives me my prescription. I really don't have any chance of having a drug test though. My work doesn't do that, I just think its weird knowing that right now I would fail one!

You would pass. All you would have to do is tell them what your taking before you take the test. And seeing that you have actual Dr contact info. You would be fine.

Now lol I don't know where my dr is that gave me my phen. And I would almost bet if something ever happend and I needed to get a hold of that Dr. I wouldn't be able to.
