Are you having difficulty getting to sleep since starting to take Phentermine? If so then this thread is for YOU!

There are a lot of different ways to try and get yourself to sleep when your head just won't 'switch off'

For some people Chamomile Tea is the answer.

For others Lavendar Oil on their pillow works.

Some find a milky malt drink such as Horlicks works.

Some end up taking Tylenol PM (or similar products)

Some toss and turn all night, restless.

A way that has worked for me is Melatonin.

Melatonin is 100% natural, non adictive, safe, can be used long term and so many other positives as well.

You can buy Melatonin from a pharmacy, you can get it in health stores, even on ebay (where I get mine from).

Taking Melatonin (a minamum of 3mg) roughly 30minutes before trying to sleep really will help.

So what you got to loose? If you are having issues with sleep, give it a chance!

My first night on phentermine which was 1/20/2007 i had a hard time going to sleep. i was yawning but not sleepy at all. i took 30mg @ 11am and did not go to sleep until 2:30am. However this is no big deal since i had this problem before taking phen...lol...

melatonin is good. You can pick up a bottle of 100 3mg tablets from optimum nutrition for less than 3 bucks. Last I ordered some was from bulknutrition.com at 1.85 a bottle. Fast shipping and great bulk powders if you are shopping for other supplements as well.

benedryl works really well at putting you out too. You can look at the ingredient in it and just get the generic brand of it for a lot less
