Hello guys i have a question how do i do the little tickers that everyone has please walk me though this i can't figure out how to do it please help thanks.

The easiest way i can tell you to do it is go to tickerfactory.com, pick weight loss ticker, design your ticker, then copy the first link listed after you have finished, then come back here, go to your profile, edit signature, then paste the link and save your changes.

if you look at the top of the forum index there is a tab that says 'tickers' just click that and have a play.
