i have been excersizing on my sedentary bike(leans back, because i have back problems). so far 3 days in a row. from yesterday to today i noticed a 2.4 or so lb loss. i have been doing about 20 mins burning 100 cals. my goal for the week is getting rid of 100 calories. ill pick it up next week. i havent excersized in a long time so little at a time. i just cant beleive how much of a difference it makes. im hoping to have 20lbs total gone by the end of this month. (a little over 3 more pounds.) to finally be back under the 200 range im looking at about 7 more pounds.
