Its 4:30 am right now and i havent been able to fall asleep lately. I dunno if its just me or what. I vary my diet from about 600-2000 calories daily. I do not exercise. I do play very fast paced video games online for long periods of time (the ones moms hate where u run and shoot people). I seriously just dont know whats keeping me up this late. I take the phen around 11 AM assuming ill be awake till midnite-1am. But not 4.30! Is it me not exercising? cause i really hate doing it. Any helpful techniques?

I would definetley put some exercise in my day to get rid of some of that extra enegry, I had the same thing happen when i first started taking the phen, after about a week or so it taperd off and sleeping has went back to normal. Try taking a 30 to 45 min walk in the evenings or something that will have you moving. Hope this helps..

I would take your phen earlier in the day.

Also, you really should think about putting some excersize into your day, otherwise the weight you loose with phen will just end up being saggy skin.

Other people here have said they used benedryl or melatonin to help get to sleep at night - but I haven't needed it. Perhaps try that?
