Hi, Jenni! We are all happy to have you here! I agree...there is so much honest rapport among the members and so very much to gain from being a member.
Read some of the articles--they are super. And having our own access to a 'personal' physical trainer is excellent. Several of the folks here have a huge amount of accurate medical knowledge, too. I wouldn't be anywhere else!
