I found this great thing that I thought you guys might be interested in. It's called "HydraCoach" and it's available at Sports Authority. It keeps track of all of your water intake and your water goal and how far (%-wise) you are today (it has an impeller in the straw). It also tells you your average water intake per hour. It's really neat and now I don't have to think about when I leave the house and have to refill it because it tracks it by drinking (not by refills). It's kind of pricey ($30) but really neat and it's really helping me drink my water (if nothing more than to see those number of ounces rise! LOL).

I have found that I drink more water if it's room temperature. Sounds strange I know. And yeah, you're supposed to burn more calories if you drink ice water. But I hate the way cold/ice water tastes for some reason. A friend of mine said something about it to me a few years ago that she prefers room temp. water. It didn't even occur to me to try it. I did and found that I like room temp. water alot. So that's something you may want to check for yourself too if you don't like drinking water. Maybe you'd like it better if it was a different temp.

See? and I'm the opposite. If it's cold, I feel like I am drinking it at a restuarant orsomething. If it's room temp, I don't like it as much.
