Yesterday was day 2. Again, I'm still not sure about the effects on my appectite, but overall I made good choices and wasn't ravenous. I just did another half. Tomorrow (Monday) will be the test when I'm at work and on my usual weekday schedule. I always have hunger attacks late afternoon.
If I am still hungry, I think I'll try Squeekie's advice with half in the morning, half in the afternoon. Have any of you done this with success?
