I am 8 days on Phentermine 37.5 and I have already lost 10 lbs. I am walking 3-5 miles per day and on a 1000 calorie diet. I hope to get to my goal by July. From what everyone else has seen is this a realistic goal?

Realistic? Heck, no! Wonderful? You bet! Most of your weight will be lost iin the beginning of the plan. You have done excellently!
Be SURE not to drop below 1,000 calories and unless you are small and sedentary, 1,200 is a better number. Got to get the right kind of fuel!

I started on 37.5 phentermine on 3*24, I have been drinking tons of water a day and eating a lot less and better....I have been walking a few miles every other day about and have lost almost 9 pounds in 7 days...I am thrilled. I would love to see another 9 in the next weeks to come. I am so excited.

The weight you have lost, YES is fabtastic but so so UNHEALTHY, if bodies were designed to loose weight that fast there would be a designer programme on the market and we would all be participating.

Why set large goals? when realisticly all they do is provide disapointment and then cause the whole cycle of doubt, comfort eating, feeling cranky to start again.

Set small achievable goals and then the larger picture is a lot more realistic, anything aditional is that and a bonus.

We are here for you every step of the way, so let us help you by getting you on the right footing to start with.
