Thank you everyone. I appreciate you taking the time to answer. Yeah, drinking the water to help the liver function properly makes alot of sense. Wasn't thinking about it like that. And as far as the 5-HTP, I think I will skip that. I'll stick with my prescribed meds for depression from the dr. for now. Yes, Lexapro is in the same catagory as Wellbutrin. (I tried that too but it made me ache all over like I had the flu so I couldn't take it) The Lexapro doesn't seem to help reduce my appetite. Bummer that I wasn't a lucky one! That would definately be helpful because I do like to eat! LOL

Thanks for that scoop! I didn't know that but after looking it up see you are 100% right on the money.
It helps give us something else to do and also may take away some appetite pangs, if not hunger pangs. Gives us time to contemplate if we tell ourselves," You can eat, Tummy, if you drink 8 ounces of water first then wait 5 extra minutes."

Squeekie- Did you see the info I posted before on the water bottle? It's called Hydracoach and it tracks your water. I'm loving it!!
you can see it here... Hydracoach or but it at Sports Authority.

Blessings,
Rene

Thanks Rene. I'm going to do that. If I spend the money then I'll feel more inclined to get that water down.

Hahahahaa; yep! Just talk to it! That's what I do when I have an appetite for something rather than a real cry for nourishment. Doesn't always work...disobedient tummy will have to sit in the naughty chair!
