I am new to this particular site. I've been lurking for a bit, but never posted. I took phen a couple years ago and it helped me shed my extra weight. I've gained some weight back since then. Now I am taking phen. again in hopes of losing the extra weight....again. This time I purchased two different kinds. The yellow 30mg and 37.5 white oval w/ blue specs. But neither seem to be as good as the first time. This brings me to my questions.....
I read about taking some things along with phen. to help it work better. 5htp? What is this supposed to do?
CLA..... Is this supposed to help with fat storage? Have you taken it and noticed a difference?
Can you take either or both of these together with phen?
I keep hearing about drinking alot of water. What does this do? Does it help the phen or is this just to keep you feeling full?
What about not drinking pop. I read about how you aren't supposed to drink caffeine. Why is that?
I sometimes feel completely exhausted. And then I crave carbs/sugar to give me energy. Does anyone else have this problem? And what do you do on those days?
