I am in bed by 10 every night. I take my pill at 12 noon. One hour prior to eating lunch. I eat lunch at 1 or 1:30. I make it a rule not to take it after 1.
There are some studies that show that it may be a tiny bit more effective to take the pill, split in half, at 2 different times. Maybe 1/2 45 minutes before breakfast and 1/2 two hours after breakfast. Let us know if you try this with better results!
