I am not going to the bariatric clinic but to my regular doctor and she said that is what she starts everyone out at. I am some heart problems also, but am tolerating the phen really well. I figured the phen under doctors care couldnt put me in more danger than the weight.

I go back Tues. and she said she would probably increase my dose then, so we'll see.

Actually your doctor is smart to do that-it will keep you from building up a tolerance too quickly. I imagine you're experiencing less side effects as well and that's always good.
