Wow! Nylon, you are still kickin' bootay, Hon. Keep eating as often as you can because doing so kicks your metabolism into high gear. Exercise early if you can with the baby duties. Eat breakfast as that, too, helps kick it up a notch.

I haven't heard about the differences in the generics. I know that the active ingredients are required to be the same but I never even thought about maybe a time-release coating or anything like that.....I will try to find out...

NYLON...Hang in there...believe me I know how u feel...Although I am small (size wise) I struggle getting to a lower weight. I am not sure what your body build is...but I am 5'1 and very muscular...my body does not like to give ANYTHING up...and I found that even more so after my kids. I try not to focus on weight (in numbers) although That is what I want to...but my size of clothes...you said that u were around 125 before baby, am I correct on that? I think that you will get back to your desired weight..just give it a little more time...I'm rooting for ya

Yes, yes I CAN RELATE! I am 5'2 (medium build) extremely muscular myself (former gymnast/cheerleader so my build has stayed with me as I aged ) and ever since I have had my daughter Hunter the weight has not come off!! And it's been a HUGE battle on me (no pun intended of course BUT you're right about the clothes size because just this morning I put on a pair of size 4 spring pants (Ann Taylor sizes run big anyway) BUT.....as god as my witness hooray, hooray they fit!!! They fit. It sounds like you and I come from the same stock.

A wee update here to all that gave me the extra inspiration. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2.5 lbs!!! Tomorrow is my official weigh in with my physician so I'm hoping I can get it down a couple of ounces to make it an official 3 lb. loss. But I WILL TAKE 2.5 lbs.

.....Now that's more like it. I think you'all who gave me such supporting and wonderful vibes through your postings. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

OMG...I think we are my twin! I too am a former dancer and gymnast too...and I so did the BRING It On cheerleading thing ..ha ha...I usually am somewhat uncomfortable telling people that I am trying to lose weight (and I don't even mention phen) because I am a size 2-4 right now. People say u are so small...but what people don't realize that for me...this higher weight feels unnatural to me. My past activities have left with me with naturally bigger thighs and upper body...this was fine when I was dancing upteen hours a week and throwing my body around..but now...with COMBINED fat coming from babies & getting older...the extra weight makes me feel "too much"...in clothes I feel tight, so who cares if it is a size 2 if YOU feel uncomfortable? thanks for sharing, I feel so much better knowing there are others out there that feel the same
