Just wanted to let everyone in on a tip my dr gave me if you are suffereing from dehydration.

Sodium loss and dehydration are the main reasons that people feel tired, dizzy or get muscle cramps.

It says to take 2 fat-free bouillon cubes daily; I got the chicken because I couldn't find the beef ones. This is equal to a can of soup or broth, chips, etc.

This took my sodium level to over 3,000 so be very cautious and ask your doctor before doing this.

My muscle cramps and dizziness from the initial first days was gone yesterday when I did this. I have a weight watchers scale and have not seen a difference in my H2O lvl, but they said those are the symptoms of dehydration

Did you get leg cramps at night? I get them in my calves. I have heard that potassium is what you need for those. So I eat a banana a day.

Right on! Drink, drink, drink. I've heard it said if you wait until you are thirsty to drink water, you have waited too long. Electrolytes can get all out of balance if you drink too little or too much.

1/2 bana a day is a great idea to add potassium. I had a girlfriend die several year ago because of her strict, over-the-top diet. Her heart stopped because it needed potassium to have the 2nd little rise you see on an EKG. THUMP-thump...THUMP-thump.

Be careful and eat foods that nourish your tissues. This can't be said enough!

An old wives' tale that works is a teaspoon of vinegar for leg cramps! You may have to hold your nose while you swallow this one!

I find when dehydrated on phen, my eyes get really sore and bloodshot. Eyedrops help, but I wonder if anyone else has this issue?

Do you need to increase the recommended 64 ounces per day while on phen? Also, I drink green tea ... do I include this into my liquid intake?
