So disappointed, need help with 5htp amount

Hi! 100-300 mg a day of 5-HTP is the standard dose. In addition to what Donna said, be sure to look up SERATONIN SYNDROME, something all of us need to be aware of and steer clear of!

I am beginning with my Phen tomorrow & I just want to make sure that as long as I don't go over 300 mg of the 5-htp per day I will be fine.
