It is heck to have those issues. I go through times where everything will go smoothly and then I seem to hit a wall where I can't go at all. I have tried the miralax in coffee, fiber supplements and all that but didn't know why it didn't work. Last time I was at the doc office I ask her about it and she said once everything gets kind of plugged that I needed to take something to get cleaned out and then take some fiber supplements.

I am fine, no big problems right now. These issues can make you feel like heck and cause you to feel bloated

Took an aloe vera yesterday and again this morning, and so far nothing... this is awful!

Moving around and eating enough fibrous vegetables will help a lot. After you get regular again(I know it's such a pain--literally!) try generic colace once a day. WalMart has them less than $3 for 100.
Another thing that seems to make a big difference is eating whole grains. Hahaha! You 'regulars' already know that I suggest Kashi-Go-Lean-Crunch. What a great way to take care of that! PLUS, you'll be self propelled.
