I have taken Phentermine once before, and I had this problem. I have ZERO appetite. The thought of food is a turn off. I am forcing down as much as possible, but I know its not enough. Does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks

I was to the point that it would be 5pm and I'd be like.... hmmm I haven't eaten anything today. I got to where I'd just eat every 3 hours a little something.... feeling hungry or not.. I knew I needed it. Good Luck!

I appreciate it... I also have SOOO much energy... didn't have this before. 30min after I take the Phen, I am jittery and feel like I ran a marathon... does this subside after a while??

Thanks again!

The jitteriness does go away, or it did with me anyway. Oh and welcome to the forum!

Hi lexy- It won't feel like this for very long. You'll be able to eat a few tiny meals before you know it. Do you like peanut butter? A spoonful of that will go a long way as far as protein and calories are concerned. You could put it on some celery...or maybe some cream cheese instead.

At the beginning it was like..I can't even look or think about food (at least for me)...I knew that the feeling of having zero appetite would probably dimish...and I was right...take this period to get accustomed to smaller portions so when those feelings of hungry return, you will be more satisified with them...I also took the "jittery" energy and used it to fuel some of my workouts...hang in there

Lexy, DITTO!
You lose weight much faster if you eat at least 1,000 calories a day, than if you eat next to nothing! Sounds strange but is true. That metabolism is kicked up a notch by doing as these gals say..eat 5-6 times a day and (oh,MAN! YUM) a spoonful of peanut butter is a great snack!
Somebody lock my kitchen~QUICK!
