so i was on phen for 2 months and seemed to hit a plateau of some kind.... (starting weight was 156/157 then dropped down to 147 when i hit the plateau) i went to my 2month lb. check and talked to my dr. about meridia. he said i could try it, so i did... i have been on it now for about 3 1/2 weeks and have dropped down to 140/139lbs. i'm not real sure if it is because of the phen or meridia. i just HOPE AND PRAY that i can reach my goal weight of 115 sometime soon!!! i will be still be happy if i can AT LEAST get to 120!!!!!!! does anyone know any tricks that may help me reach my goal quicker??? i drink lots of water/day and stay pretty active. ( i haven't been able to go to the gym for like 2months now because we've been so busy, but still stay active throughout the day) ---i've got 2 little ones  i'm still watching my calorie intake and not eating junk. if anyone can tip in.... please feel free to drop in your 2 cents!!!
