ohhhh so sorry Nylon I totally skimmed past the post where HE said that he did manual labor and all that and didnt realize that he was a guy.... thanks for pointing that out to me... makes perfect sense now that you compared his stats to your hubbys.

Right.... it did take me right at a year to lose the weight.... but I was only on Phen for the first 12 days and didnt feel much effects from it other than horrible attitude problem so I got off it.... exercised, ate well..... lost the weight
