Is that all? If so... you're hungry because you need food.
By my estimation, you've only had about 450-600 calories depending on what type of sandwich you had. You should still try to eat 1,200 calories a day. Your body is trying to tell you it needs nutrients and fuel.
If I've misread, I apologise.

Hi MsMartini,
Today I've had:
1 Carnation Instant Breakfast
1 roast beef and turkey sandwich with mayo and a slice of swiss on 100% whole wheat
1 banana
2 string cheeses (low fat)
1 small can tuna
.....and now....because I'm still very hungry.....
1 Activia fat free yogurt
I.....uh.....thought I was supposed to REALLY cut back how much I eat while I'm taking the Phen, and I thought the Phen would make me not hungry at all.
I don't know how many calories the above comes to, do you have an idea?
So, you're saying I need to be eating more? I'm so confused; i really thought I was supposed to cut w-a-y back on the calories.
