I started phen on Nov 1 and so far I feel good. However, I am a Navy wife, college student and mother of two. I exercise sporadically due to my busy schedule...Will I still experience at least some weight loss? So far I have loss 4 lbs but I figure is water weight...

It is possible but not smart. You must establish good habits during the losing phase or, as soon as you begin your previous habits again, the pounds will return AND bring their friends~

Rather than not exercise, do what you can. Squeezes, moving, walking, playing...all count. Establish any kind of exercise you can incorporate into your daily routine and do it every day, even if it is only 2 minutes! CONSISTENCY is key.

You can for sure lose pounds with phentermine and no exercise.. but the body you want probably isn't the body you'll end up with by doing this.

Thank you for your answers! Since the time change I wake up an hour earlier...(get it!! ) so I've taken the time to alternate between the elliptical and the treadmill for 30 mins. It's still my first week so hopefully I'll be able to develop this habit further...

With exercise, things will get toned while you are losing weight and that is what you want at the end of this journey.

I know that is the right thing to do by exercising, but I never have and never do. I lost all my weight by just watching my diet and taking the phen. I am sure that I should but I just cant get into it at all.

I am exactly like Kim.tnchick. I never exercised (or if I did it was VERY sporadic), & I lost all my weight by diet & Phen alone!!! It IS possible, but like the others said, you won't be as toned. Don't let ppl make you think you can't lose weight if you don't exercise! It IS achievable! I lost 35 lbs in 4 months by just dieting & taking Phen.
