Good luck to you! Your doing great w/ 11 pds in 2 wks. Since you talked to your dr and he ok Ali w/phen then it should be fine. I started phen on monday 11/5 and am doing low carb and so far i'm down 5 pds as of this am. So this can work but its up to u to eat right!.

So, I'm on day one of taking phen. No major side effects but I have had chills off and on all day (yes, it's cold outside...but it's not the weather!). I'm just curious if anyone else has gotten the chills? And if so does it go away once your body gets used to the pills? Either way i'm excited and can definitely bundle up if it means I can lose weight!

When I took Phentermine years ago, I did get chills at first, then hot flashes and facial redness. Now only hot flash the first 15 min when it starts to absorb. Ironicaly, today I recieved 37.5 phentermine from an online site of which I have ordered befoe and very satisfied...but today.. the tablets were imprinted with 504...I didnt notice until after I felt strange...I have found there are no phentermine 37.5 with 504 imprinted. They are oblong and scored. Beware! Hope I feel better tomorrow.

I'm taking the 37.5 pills too, got a prescription from my doc. I'm 5'3 and currently 156 lbs., my goal weight is 125ish. I'm hoping to reach that in a few months (God help me make it through the holiday season!!!).
This forum is fantastic the users have answered more questions than my doctor could ever dream of answering!
