Hi everyone I'm new on here and I just had a few questions. I started the Phentermine37.5 tablets yesterday and I only take one in the morning is that normal? Everything I have read says the tablets are to be taken 3x a day.Im not sure I understand how this is going to work because I have no urge to eat anything at all. All day I told muself I have to eat something or I wouldnt loose weight my body would store the fat but I just couldnt eat anything. Is that normal and does it go away. I took the second pill today and I cant sit still all I wanted to do is clean and rearange things in my house and that was all before I came to work. Does this side affect go away? Thank you for any input you might have. Also what is the weight I can expect to loose in the first month?

Hi, Tny! Welcome to PhenForum, Kiddo~ Almost 99% of folks are prescribed only 1 pill a day and that, with water, first thing in the morning, on an empty tummy. You MUST eat to kick your metabolism into gear in about an hour after taking it.

I am new to the Forum. I have used Phentermine, prescribed by a doctor, didn't know you could get it on the internet unless you had a script. IT WORKS, like losing 30-40 pounds, without doing anything. It works like nothing else since they have taken Epehdrine products off the market. The problem, it doesn't work forever. It loses it's effect, or your body becomes immune to it or something. At one point recently I was actually taking two 37.5 tablets spaced throughout the day, and nothing. I actually didn't find it much of an appetite suppressant, but more with the metabolism boost where you just lose weight without doing anything different. It is a miracle drug. You do have the feeling like you are on speed for the first few days but that wears off.

So now, I am wondering, what do I do? I have tried some of these new diet drugs out there that are supposed to mimic some of the Ephedrine drugs, but they must be mostly caffeine, because I take it and I feel like I am going to jump out of my skin, and I don't lose anty weight. I don't like that feeling, and never felt like that with Phentermine or the old diet pills like Metabolife or Herbal Phen Fen. These diet pille that sound like Phetermine like Phenterfein and Phentramin, do they work, does anyone know??

I dont think it is meant to be a miracle weight loss drug, it is meant to curb your appetite so that eating right (and in the right portions) is easier. If you are trying to find something that makes you lose weight without any effort...good luck.
